Malaysia hosts the Common Criteria Recognition Arrangement (CCRA) Quarter One 2023 Meeting from 7 to 9 March 2023 in Kuala Lumpur.

CCRA is an international collaboration between Certification Bodies responsible for ensuring the evaluation of the security features of information and communication technology (ICT) products is carried out consistently based on the ISO/IEC 15408 or Common Criteria (CC) security evaluation and certification standard. 

Members of CCRA consists of 17 Certificate Authorising Participants and 15 Certificate Consuming Participants . Malaysia through CyberSecurity Malaysia was accepted as the Consuming Member on 28 March 2007 and was recognised as the Authorising Member on 26 September 2011.

To improve competitiveness of Malaysian ICT products globally and gain access to the international market, CyberSecurity Malaysia offers Malaysia Common Criteria (MyCC) evaluation and certification scheme to ICT product developers both local and international. 

MyCC operates under the Information Security Certification Body (ISCB), a department within CyberSecurity Malaysia since 2008. Based on Malaysian Government Cabinet decision, Malaysia Common Criteria Certification Body (MyCB) is established as the sole Certification Body for the Malaysia Common Criteria Evaluation and Certification (MyCC) Scheme.  

CCRA Quarter One 2023 Meeting is attended by 12 countries from the Certificate Authorising Participants.
