Cyber999 Help Centre provides expert service to internet users and organizations on cyber security incidents. Cyber security incidents can be reported via online form, email, SMS, phone call, fax, Cyber999 Mobile App and walk-in reporting. Cyber999 Help Centre also produces Malaysia Threat Landscape report, technical findings and analysis based on the incidents reported by Internet users.

Cyber999 is a service provided for Internet users to report or escalate computer security incidents. Computer security incidents may be reported to Cyber999 via the following ways

Security incidents may be reported to MyCERT by sending an email to cyber999 [at] cybersecurity.my
Please include the following information or artifacts, if available
  • Source of attack.
  • Destination of attack.
  • Email header.
  • Log files.
  • Time of attack.

Office Hours: 1-300-88-2999 (Emergency: DDOS / Phishing / Data Breach): +6019 - 266 5850 (24x7)
Calls to MyCERT and the Cyber999 Hotline is monitored during the business hours (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
