1. CyberSecurity Malaysia invites experienced and qualified local companies to provide the following supplies/services:-

2. The bidding documents may be reviewed on the official website stated above. Interested bidders who wish to purchase the bidding documents are required to submit their name, company name, and a copy of the Ministry of Finance (MoF) Certificate via email to pnld@cybersecurity.my. Business hours are from Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. only.
3. The sale, purchase, and payment of bidding documents shall be conducted online. Only eligible bidders will be provided with payment details. Bidding documents will be issued only upon submission of payment proof to the Procurement Department via email within the specified date and time. Failure to submit the proof of payment before the deadline for document sales will result in forfeiture of payment, and CyberSecurity Malaysia reserves the right not to refund any payments made.
4. Completed bidding documents must be deposited into the designated tender box at the address stated above no later than 12.00 noon on the closing date. Late submissions will not be considered. CyberSecurity Malaysia shall not be held responsible for any loss, delay, or other issues involving documents sent by post or courier.
5. All costs related to the submission of bidding documents shall be borne entirely by the bidder.
6. CyberSecurity Malaysia is not bound to accept the lowest price or any offer. CyberSecurity Malaysia reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or suspend this bidding exercise, in whole or in part, before or after the closing date and time, without assigning any reason. Any amendments to the bidding document sale period, closing date, or results will be announced on the official CyberSecurity Malaysia website.
