CyberSecurity Malaysia and Sumotex signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on December 19th, 2023. This collaboration aims to enhance blockchain security through comprehensive activities and certification such as vulnerability testing, penetration testing, network security testing, smart contract security testing, common criteria evaluation, and cryptographic module validation. This partnership also emphasizes technical knowledge transfer, elevating our expertise in blockchain and cybersecurity.
The MoU was signed by YBhg. Dato’ Ts. Dr. Haji Amirudin Bin Abdul Wahab, Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif CyberSecurity Malaysia, and Mr. Dexter Leow, CEO of Sumotex. It outlines cooperative activities focusing on Blockchain Security Testing of Sumotex Layer 1 Blockchain.
